1. Objective


The present terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relations between the organization Social Alienation and the consumer and the conditions applicable to all purchases completed through the seller’s site Social Alienation, whether the consumer is a corporation or individual.
The acquisition of a good or service through the present site implies the customer’s acceptance without reserve of the present terms and conditions of sale.

2. Product


The proposed products are those which appear in the catalog published on the Social Alienation site, within the limit of available stock.
Each of these products is accompanied by a short description created by Social Alienation.
The photograph representing an article may not reflect its characteristics exactly.
Social Alienation has no responsibility regarding this.

3. Fees


The prices that appear in the catalog are tax inclusive, in Euros, taking into account the value-added tax applicable on the day of the order; all changes in rate can be passed onto the price of the products and services. All orders are charged in Euros and payable in Euros.
The price is payable in its entirety in one installment upon ordering.

Social Alienation reserves the right to modify prices at all times, and the price that appears in the catalog the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.

The indicated prices do not include fees for transport and delivery.
For all shipping in the French overseas departments and territories and outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the customs fees and local taxes.

4. Orders


To purchase a product, the customer must:

- fill out an identification form, answering all questions regarding contact information;
- fill out an order form giving all the references of the selected products;
- validate the order after verifying it;
- effect payment in accordance with the aforementioned conditions;
- confirm the order and payment.

Order confirmation entails acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale, recognition of having understood them perfectly, and abdicating priority of customer's own conditions of purchase and other conditions.
The combination of provided data and recorded confirmation acts as proof of the transaction. The confirmation is a signature and acceptance of the effected operations.
The seller will send confirmation of the recorded order by electronic mail.
Social Alienation reserves the right to cancel all orders of a client with whom there is a dispute relative to payment of a prior order.

The information given by the customer at the moment the order is made will only be accessed here. In case of error in the wording of the customer’s address, the seller will not be held responsible for the product not reaching the customer. Social Alienation will also not be held responsible for incidents relating to erratic behavior of or damages to the product prior to arrival at the customer’s address. This responsibility lies with the transportation company.

5. Methods of Payment


Payments must be made in the following ways:

- Cash in hand, according to the availability of Social Alienation’s agents, and after confirmation of the customer’s identity.

6. Revocation


Customers, physical persons noncorporated, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days, counting from delivery of their order, to return the product to the seller, for an exchange or reimbursement.

The articles have to be returned in their original packaging, intact and enclosed, accompanied by all potential accessories, instruction manual and leaflets, to the following address:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Only the price paid for the purchased product will be reimbursed. Articles returned incomplete, broken, damaged, or dirtied by the client will not be accepted.

7. Availability of Articles


The datas concerning articles on Social Alienation’s website are made according to information communicated by the providers. Consequentially, any possible product shortage will not be attributed to Social Alienation. Articles that are not available are not withdrawn from the catalog unless the shortage is indicated by the provider as definitive.

In the event that an article is not available, a request for cancellation of the order or exchange on the part of the customer can be made to Social Alienation (contact information in the preamble).
In the event that an order of an unavailable product was revealed subsequent to the validation of payment effected, Social Alienation will do the following:

- reimburse the customer within thirty days following the discovery of the product’s unavailability;
- deliver a replacement product of equal quality and price.

Forthcoming articles are offered by pre-order. These articles will be sent from the date of sale. Social Alienation will not be responsible for any delay of marketing on the part of the provider.

8. Liability


The articles in the database of Social Alienation were procured according to information communicated by the publishers and providers. Social Alienation is not responsible for the contents of works and has no liability to the customer. Social Alienation declines all liability if the delivered article does not respect the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, banning of a title or an author...).
The client declares and guarantees that he/she understands perfectly the characteristics and restrictions of the internet, and understands that the transmission of information on the internet only benefits from a relative technical reliability.

9. Data on Personal Character


In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, regarding computing, records, and personal information, information on personal character regarding customers may be the object of automated processing.
Customers may be opposed to the divulging of their information when reporting to Social Alienation. Users reserve the right to access and correct information concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.

10. Customer’s Acceptance


The present terms and conditions of sale as well as fees are expressly acknowledged and accepted by the client, who declares and recognizes having perfect knowledge of them, and renounces the priority of all contradictory documents and his/her own terms and conditions of purchase.

The information recorded by Social Alienation constitutes proof of the transactions with their clients.

The present conditions of online sale are subject to French law. In the case of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the Parisian courts.
